Circuit Breaker Lockout

Set the circuit breaker handle to the “OFF” position & set down the lockout over it . screw up and rotate the toggle to insert the padlock

Set the switch in the off position & insert the pins into the holes in the circuit breaker. Insert the padlock through the holes.
