Set the circuit breaker to the OFF position & clamp the circuit breaker toggle & tighten the screw. Place the lock through the hole in the device

Safety Lockout Hasps permit different padlocks to be used when divorcing & isolating one power source. The Lockout Hasp is put down through the isolating point and each person executing maintenance or service work attaches and locks in place their own unique individually keyed padlock through the Lockout Hasp. This ensures each worker’s safety as the power cannot be restored until the work is executed and all padlocks have been removed 

Nylon Hasps permit multiple padlocks to be used when separating one power supply. The Lockout Hasp is positioned at the separation point and each person executing maintenance or service places their own unique padlock through the Lockout Hasp. This makes sure each worker’s safety as the power supply cannot be restored or reconnected until the work is finished and all padlocks are being removed.
